Hi, I’m Magda — an HR strategist, leadership advisor, and the founder of HR Essence. I work with small and creative businesses to design people-first HR systems and leadership development that help teams thrive without compromising on identity or values.
With a background in psychology and almost two decades of experience across Europe and the UK, I’ve seen the impact of both traditional and progressive HR approaches. My mission is clear: to move HR away from bureaucracy and bring it back to what really matters — people.
My own journey has shaped the work I do. Growing up in a place where I often felt like I didn’t quite fit in gave me a deep understanding of the power of inclusion and empathy. I bring that perspective into every conversation — helping leaders build workplaces where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered.
